Business & Brand Architecture

We reveal it.
We build it.
We make it work.

Strategy. Architecture. Sustainable value. Every business already contains the structure for growth — our discipline is finding it before we design anything.

Step 1 of 5

02BuildFix the cause, then build the system that keeps it fixed.

Diagnosis before prescription.

How every engagement runs: six stages, in order. Select a stage to see what we look at, what you get and what it decides.

    Pricing

    Two-Pool Overhead Model™

Splits overhead into a fixed pool and a variable pool so every product line carries its true cost. Prices are built from unit economics, not copied from competitors.

    Content

    Six-Beat Content Framework™

A repeatable six-part structure for content that holds attention and stays in memory, so each post builds on the last.

    Brand

    Branded-House Architecture™

Separates the product, the brand and the channels around it, so one strong product can grow into a family without diluting the name.

    02Services and fees

Tick what is true for you. See which help fits.

Tick the problems you have. The service that fits best moves to the top, with its fee and what you get. Every engagement starts with a Diagnosis.

What is true for your business?

    Nothing ticked yet.

Not sure? Start with the Diagnosis. NPR 5,000 for one working session on your numbers. You leave with the one constraint to fix first. In Kathmandu or by video call.

    v3Pricing engine

Pricing every product line from its true cost

    Situation
A growing outdoor apparel brand set margins by instinct; overhead was not tracked by product line.
    Diagnosis
Fixed and variable overhead had never been separated, so some lines were carrying others.
    Decision
Price each line from its own cost, with overhead in two pools (Two-Pool Overhead Model™).
    Work
A pricing engine, now in its third version, used for pricing decisions.
    Outcome
Margin change will be published with the client's approval and a stated period.

Content that compounds, without paid promotion

    Situation
Content spend did not compound: every post started from zero.
    Diagnosis
No repeatable structure behind the content.
    Decision
An organic-first content system before any promotion (Six-Beat Content Framework™).
    Work
The six-beat structure applied post after post.
    Outcome
946K views with zero ad spend. Sales impact was not tracked, so none is claimed.

    +2New revenue channels

From one hero product to a family of channels

    Situation
One hero product carried the whole business.
    Diagnosis
No brand structure beyond a single product line.
    Decision
A Branded-House Architecture™ with two new channels under the same name.
    Work
A corporate outreach playbook and a new branded line, both launched.
    Outcome
Revenue from the new channels is still being measured.

    About Sarbada

Sarbada Solutions is a business and brand strategy firm in Kathmandu, founded by Shagoon Thapa Chhetri (MBA, Leeds Beckett University). We work with founder-led Nepali businesses on positioning, pricing, customer experience and sales.

Established traders know cash and credit; young founders know brands and content. Most businesses are strong in one and weak in the other. We work in between, starting with the numbers.

    बिजनेस देखाउने होइन, चलाउने हो।A business is for running, not for showing.

    • Numbers firstNo advice without evidence from your business.
    • One priority at a timeThe constraint that releases the most, fixed first.
    • Work, not promisesWe report what was delivered and what was measured, separately.
    • Clear scopeWe do not take on HR, staffing or operations turnarounds.

    Formula
    Profit = (price × (1 − discount) − variable cost) × units − fixed costs
    Assumptions
One average product; monthly figures; costs do not change with volume; the discount applies to every unit.
    Limitations
Does not model how volume responds to price, tax, credit timing or product mix. Volume in B is your own estimate.

Besides consulting, Sarbada takes on a few collaborations each year. Sarbada is not an investment fund and does not provide capital.

    Venture collaboration

For a few early-stage founders, strategic work in exchange for equity, agreed case by case in writing.
